The accommodation consists of 4 double bedded rooms, one with en-suite, all with access to the patio or their own balcony (in addition 2 cots and 4 more beds are available).

Out of high season we will let the property as a 1, 3 or 4 bedroom villa to suit the size of your party.

There are 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges one with satellite TV, Nintendo 64 Game System and DVD, 2 kitchens a dishwasher and 2 dining areas, 2 high chairs, a laundry room with washing machine and a double carport.

The villa is surrounded by patios with BBQ, outside dining area with seating for 12, a private 10mx4m swimming pool, with sun loungers, trees, flowers and plenty of space to relax out of doors.

The pool is accessed through a set a gates that can be kept shut to prevent unsupervised access by small children.

The detached villa is 45 minutes from Faro (the nearest airport) and 20km from the Spanish border. The nearest towns of Conceicao and Cabanas are 5 minutes away with a variety of local shops and restaurants.

A choice of excellent beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes, lining the seaward side of a 35 mile-long sand bar which is an internationally protected resting place for birds travelling between Northern Europe and Africa

The villa is ideal as a base for investigating this peaceful area and there is plenty for golfers with three first class courses within 5 minutes of the villa.

The sandy beach is huge, backed by tufted dunes and is reached by cheap shuttle ferries, by pontoons or by car.

Around the jetty there has been some development with water sport facilities, beach umbrellas and loungers and half a dozen bar/restaurants.

If you want to escape from the crowds, a short walk along the beach will soon take you to more peaceful surroundings.
